These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Seifenmacher Beat Urech, the operator of the website seifenmacher.ch, and the customers. These General Terms and Conditions exclusively apply to orders placed through the online shop.
Customers can place orders online on the Seifenmacher Beat Urech website, by phone, by fax, or in writing.
Each order placed on the online shop will be confirmed by Seifenmacher through an email. The purchase contract is concluded upon acceptance of this confirmation.
The currency is Swiss Francs (CHF), and the invoicing is done in Swiss Francs.
The goods remain the property of Seifenmacher until full payment is received.
The invoice amount for online orders is immediately settled using the available payment methods.

The prices are applicable to unpackaged goods excluding shipping costs.
Any price changes are subject to change without notice.
The delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
Delivery is only available within Switzerland.
The shipping cost contribution is CHF 9 per order with B-Post.
For orders of 10 items or more, we offer free shipping.

Seifenmacher uses the personal information provided by you solely within the customer relationship between you and Seifenmacher. Data protection is of great importance to us. Personal customer data is treated confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection laws. We collect, store, and process your data as far as necessary for the entire processing of your purchase, including any subsequent warranties, for our customer services, technical administration, and our own marketing purposes.

Each order with Seifenmacher is binding. Exchanges and returns of delivered goods are generally not possible, except for goods that deviate from the order.
Exchanges and returns must be communicated to Seifenmacher via email within 5 working days of receiving the goods. After this deadline, the goods are considered approved.
The right of return only applies to unopened original packaging. The right of return begins upon receipt of the goods by the customer. If the goods are returned within the specified period, the amount will be credited or refunded.
Seifenmacher assumes no liability for errors in illustrations, prices, texts, or for delayed or failed delivery.
Upon handover of the goods to the carrier, Seifenmacher has fulfilled all obligations arising from the customer's order, and the risk and benefit regarding the goods pass to the customer.
All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. In the event of disputes, efforts will be made to find an amicable solution.
